Delivery

A delivery charge will be added to the goods value of your order.

Charges vary between the various personalised gifts, and will be clearly shown alongside the product details.

Most gift are available immediately from stock, which will then have to be personalised, and an approximate delivery time will be displayed for any item you are looking to buy.

Please note that we only deliver to mainland UK addresses.

RETURNS POLICY

You have the same rights when buying from us as you have in any regular shop. If there is a fault with anything you buy from us then we can offer you a no-quibble refund or exchange option. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us if you require any more details.
